Shipping schedule
We ship packages from our Bangalore warehouse twice a week, if you have an urgency, reach out to us ahead of time & we’ll let you know if we can meet your delivery timeline.
Shipping within India
We use BlueDart as our primary providers within India. For pin codes that are not covered by our primary providers, we will use the next best alternative.
Shipping worldwide
We use Aramex / FedEx as our primary provider for worldwide shipping. All packages are insured for the full value of the items. International shipping times are usually 7-11 business days.
Address accuracy & delayed deliveries
Unlike other e-commerce websites, we do not own the last-mile delivery fleet. We rely on professional carriers to deliver the packages to you. We only use the shipping information that you entered while placing your order online. We do not verify the correctness or validity of the address. It is your responsibility to provide accurate address and a delivery contact phone number. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries, we will relay the shipment tracking information to you via email when the package is shipped, and it is your responsibility to track the package and coordinate with the carrier for delayed deliveries, or a last minute change in delivery address.
Shipping fee
We offer complementary shipping through out India , while for international shipping it will be calculated on checkout based on ShiprocketX price offering.
Customs duty & documentation
You will bear customs duties & charges levied by your local authorities at the time of delivery. We include all documentation necessary for import clearance in your country. An original invoice with the actual price of the item(s) will be included in the package. Our shipment provider will usually pay the duty on your behalf and recover them from you at the time of delivery.
Insured Packages
All packages that ship from our Bangalore facility are insured for the full value of the invoice. In the event that your package is lost in transit, we will initiate our insurance claim process with the shipping carrier. Meanwhile, we will ship you new items from our Bangalore facility. You will not have to wait for the insurance process to complete. We only ask that you provide us any information that we may need to initiate the insurance claim.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders once placed with us cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds on your orders once your order is placed and payment is processed. We do not accept returns.
Exchanges
We will offer an exchange only if the item delivered to you is damaged or defective, provided a video has to be made while unboxing & then it must be shared to us through our customer care number within 24 hours based on package delivery.
If we approve an exchange,
a) We will replace the exact item that was purchased. If the item is not available in stock, we will offer another item from the same collection for you to choose from.
b) We will not offer a store credit in lieu of the exchange.
c) We will require you to pack the item in its original packaging, including invoices, warranty cards, brand booklets, tags & any accessories you received & ship the package back to us. We will ship the replacement item after receiving the original item in its original packaging, with all the paperwork & accessories.
International Payments
Does my payment include import duties and taxes?
Our prices do not include customs duties, import fees or taxes in your country. Our prices only cover the export fees in India. You will pay additional import duties or taxes in your country when the watch is shipped to you.
Do you accept PayPal or Wire payments?
No, we do not support these methods as the charges are high for a bootstrapped company.
What payment provider do you use?
For purchases from India and International, we use Razorpay as our payment provider. This platform is preferred for online business worldwide and are reliable platforms for secure online purchases.
What modes of payments do you support?
We support all Visa & Master cards worldwide. For India, we support UPI, wallets & Net Banking transactions.
Why are my payments failing?
Your payment is failing most likely because your card issuing bank has "flagged" the transaction as a potentially fraudulent one. This happens when your card isn't normally used for high-value overseas purchases, especially from Indian websites. The bank "flags" the transaction and denies the request from our payment gateway, which results in failure of payments.
